Before you call
How soon can you reach my place?
For most of Ranchi we can visit the same day. For emergencies like sparking or a total power cut we aim to be there within a few hours. Call or WhatsApp and we'll give you an honest arrival time before you commit.
Do you charge a visit fee?
We quote before starting, so you know the cost up front. If you go ahead with the repair, the inspection is part of the job. If you decide not to, you pay only for the visit.
Is there a warranty on the work?
Yes. Workmanship carries a 30-day warranty. If something we fixed acts up in that window, we come back and set it right at no labour cost. Materials carry their own manufacturer warranty.
Can I send a photo before you visit?
Please do. A photo of the switchboard or the faulty point on WhatsApp helps us bring the right parts and give a better idea of what the job involves.
Do you work on shops and offices too?
Yes. We wire and repair homes, shops and offices, including UPS backup for computers, billing counters and CCTV.
